Akuma is a survivor of the destruction of Planet Vegeta. He is also the long-lost twin of King Vegeta.

Being King Vegeta's twin, he looks just like him.

He wants to rule the universe and has no remorse. He is much more sadistic than any other Saiyan. He is also very clever; always thinking up plans.
